A simple approach is to use the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result), followed by a brief reflection on what you learned. This helps interviewers clearly understand your contribution, decision-making, and impact.  

Why are case studies important in client interviews?

Case studies provide tangible evidence of your experience by demonstrating the challenges you solved, your approach, and the outcomes you achieved. They help clients understand how your expertise applies to their own situation.  

What should I ask clients during an interview?

Strong interviews are conversations, not presentations. Ask questions that uncover the client's goals, success measures, stakeholders, risks, previous approaches, and current challenges. This allows you to tailor your recommendations and demonstrate strategic thinking.
